Help with sleeping



Found this in the paper today, thought it might be of help to all of you who have trouble sleeping. lol

  2. OK! It's 80 degrees in the bedroom right now even with the fans on. I think I'd die of a heat stroke in wool.
    In winter, yes, I do have wool blankets and nothing is warmer. Love them when it's cold outside but for now they are stored in the cedar chest.

    It's good to see a post from you, Briony. I've been thinking of you and Tom and the kitties but of course time goes by and I don't take the moment to email you.

  4. would not want wool in this weather but would love to be able to sleep better, have been awake since 4.15 so got up at 5, usually wake by 5 but feel so tired later in the day!

  6. In WA on my last visit I slept on top of the bed in the thinnest cotton lawn nightie. Even with the air con running it was very warm, I think that you would need to be there at least a year to acclimatise to the heat. I can not imagine that Sidney is any cooler.

  7. I have never owned wool pajamas how interesting, and now off to find some :) Or maybe you should have sewn up a few to sell on the blog before posting this ha ha ha :)

  8. well we know this person is NOT from Florida, even our winter we would not sleep well in wood because we would be sweating our selves to death.
