Just to give you some idea of the size of Rupert, here he is laying on the large footstool.
This footstool is 30" long and when he lays full length and stretches out he overhangs both sides.
Look at that lovely face, Dad's giving him his morning tickle.

Ahh!!,Rupert looks so comfy!!My cats are all sleeping and keeping warm on the ..err,new velvet cushions..Bright blue.Only Charity shop ones...but spend half hour in the wash every other day because of fur,mucky paws ect.lol.Never mind,we love them to bits.Hope the weathers better for you than what it is here in Leic.Its been raining since i got up at 6 and no sign of it easing off.Have a great day whatever you are doing!,Debi,Leic,x

ReplyDeleteHere in Brighton it's nice and sunny at the moment, we do seem to miss a lot of the bad weather is slides off North. I've given up with the fur. At the moment they seem to be mounlting and the fluffy one's are leaving blobs of fur everywhere but as you say, we love them to bits and more.

They always choose the best spots don't they! Ours have spent the summer in the greenhouse/summerhouse - convinced it's theirs! Currently in there though sky is black and the heavens have opened.

Rupert is a big kitty, real pretty, too! Does he know he lives a privileged life?

ReplyDeleteHe certainly is big Ginny but underneath he's quite thin, he floats when he jumps up on anything. When he gets of a kitchen chair he just puts his front feet down on the floor and lets the rest slide off, lol

ReplyDeleteThey probably know your allergy, ha ha. My son is allergic to most dogs and cats and they make a bee line for him when he comes in. lol He can only stay for a short time before he starts to get affected. who says cats are dumb, they are the smartest animal but choose not to show it.
