How a about picking one of the flowers from the backing fabric and stitching that, or crochet a poppy a daisy and a cornflower....... just a thought........
No! Thou shall not compare me to a summer's day. Thou shall compare me to a sack of spuds!
P.S. The wren page is brilliant. Well done Briony! Regarding the second page, you need an apostrophe in Summer's ( a day belonging to summer). It also needs a question mark.
Little wren is gorgeous-I love to see one hopping along.Seeing your new page,I recall a summers day when I was little with my parents, and aunt & uncle at Cromer & poppies in flower. Also at the top of a very steep Purbecl< hill x
Little wren is beautiful Briony. The material on your next one,is the same as a vintage summer dress that i bought about 10 years ago!,Hope Tom is feeling a bit better,Debi,xx
The little wren page is about the cutest AND most lovely thing I have seen! Did you buy a pattern for it, or draw it freehand? You may have said, but I cannot remember. The new one already looks impressive!
I love that little wren page and your second page is going to be nice too.
