WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, 54 YEARS 4th JAN




Fancy getting married on the 4th January but that's what we did.
We found a flat and rather than pay rent and not live in it we decided to move the wedding forward.
I was 18 and Tom was 24.
We met when I was 15 so if you do the maths, now in this day and age he would have been arrested, lol.
I was working in a china shop and he was an Electrician putting in the new wiring in the basement
I was sent down to wash some of the china and there he was in his boiler suit.
So we have actually been together for 57 years,  Phew, how did we manage that?

Three children and six Grandchildren later and we are still in love.

    How wonderful! Happy anniversary!! What will you be doing to celebrate? We just had our 49th annivrsary. And we love each other even more. I wish the four of us could get together; I bet we would never stop talking!
