What a delightful photo. The past couple of nights either Doug or I have sat in a dining chair to watch the news as Kim has burrowed under a rug on my lounge chair - we can't disturb her. What is the saying? "Dogs have owners, cats have staff".
Lol!!,This is just like my house and garden...we bought 2 recliner chairs for the garden last year..by the time weve put them out and made a cuppa..the cats have snuggled down on them.We are then back to the old wooden ones that are slowly dropping to bits.Me and hubby just sit and look at them, lol. We had a lovely time down your way and got back late last night. It was a surprize to be walking up one of the main streets..and I recognised a blogger..Penny from Frugal Fashion.I had to go up to her and say ..Hi,your Penny?..Bearing in mind, that she hadnt got a clue who I was, lol. But I introduced myself and said how much I love her blog!.It was lovely to have a chat for a few mins..she said that it was only the second time that she had been recognised!.Its a small world out there!,xx

Smart cats...the best seats always belong to them...seat warmers!
ReplyDeleteI see the one with a poorly leg managed ok!
ReplyDeleteAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW..... Those kitties are so smart.... Hugs, lj
ReplyDeleteCats always know the best places to sit! They look quite comfy, as close to the rays of sun as possible, in case it moves around to them - ha ha
ReplyDeleteHow nice of you to have such a comfortable seating area for the cats.

ReplyDeleteThose seats are taken!
ReplyDeleteI am familiar with this scene. Same at our house. Go to sit and a cat in each recliner.
ReplyDeleteLol, they do look cute though xx
ReplyDeleteThose cats are very funny, I think you and your hubby made sitting in the chair much more interesting than that old window sill
ReplyDeletePets always know the best places to take a nap!
ReplyDeleteHello! I just found your blog via the Flower Lady Blog. The comment you left her really hit home for me.
ReplyDeleteI also lost my father to an awful passing and I have just recently become a Christian.
I appreciated your honesty in your comment that you had left on her blog.
