STILL ITCHING.

The antibiotics have been changed but the itching still lingers on from the first lot.
I have got some antihistamine pills but they don't seem to be doing a lot.  At least I managed to get some sleep last night.

Tomorrow the tooth will be out, just hope it all goes smoothly.

'When sorrows come, they come not as single spies, but in battalions'
    Shakespeare

That's how I feel at the moment.  We seem to get one thing over and another jumps in its place.

On a lighter note.  I was reading Sandra's post this morning found here https://snapperone.blogspot.com
and it reminded me of my daughter yesterday.
We have a small red nob on the floor of the toilet to stop the door from banging back against the wall.
She didn't have her glasses on and asked us what a cherry tomato was doing on the floor in the toilet.
She thought the cats may have been playing with it.

What kind of a house does she think I keep with tomatoes all over the floor, LOL

  1. Good luck with the tooth. That's funny about the tomato on the floor.
    Have a good day.

  2. Sorry to hear about your tooth and the subsequent itchiness from the antibiotics! It never rains but it pours eh? Your daughter sounds like me - I imagine all sorts without my glasses on. Get well soon. x

  5. Ha-ha! I have terrible eyesight and often when I'm stumbling around without my glasses at night I see some very weird things. :) Hope all your itchiness clears up and that you don't have much pain from the pulling tomorrow.

  7. Have you tried cortisone cream? Hopefully by tomorrow night everything will be better and all back to normal. But you might ask if you will need some pain medicine for the first day or so. I have prayed that all goes well tomorrow!!

  9. Good luck with the dental appointment; I'm sure it will be a relief to get that over with.

That was funny about the cherry tomato! I've seen some weird things without my glasses too. And last time I visited our daughter, there WERE cherry tomatoes all over her kitchen floor. The little ones were somehow responsible. I didn't ask! lol

  10. Hope all goes well with the tooth. Totally empathy with your daughter, being very shortsighted myself, I have been known to make the odd mix up xx

  14. To get rid of the itching put a rubber sheet on the bed, get naked and lie upon it. Then ask Tom to apply extra virgin olive oil to every inch of your body. Remember to wipe off excess oil. You will find that the itching ceases almost immediately.
