Quick update.
Too risky to operate as normal due to his other complications and so Tom is now home and we are waiting to see the anesthetist in order to do the op under epidural or similar.
Otherwise all good, but we visitors are shattered. lol
Meanwhile the masters of the house still require full attention.
Thanks for all of your comments.
Will be back soon.

So pleased for you that Tom is home.Im sure he will feel better being surrounded by his home comforts and his Family.Hospitals are depressing places both for the patient and visitors!.Love to you both,xx
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention...lovely photo of the masters of the house! That should be framed and hung on the wall!xx
Deleteprayers for both of you and hugs also... kiss the masters of the home for me... I love the regal black and white on his throne. LOL... I can't image how hard it is to deal with health care issues and the system..
ReplyDeleteMy husband nearly always has a local anaesthetic due to his diabetes. Is does usually mean recovery us quicker. Fingers crossed that it takes place quickly.
ReplyDeleteSo glad Tom is home, hugs to you both and to your feline friends who rule the roost.
ReplyDeleteHospital visiting is so tiring and so very stressful. Hope all goes well for your husband when he eventually gets to have his op.
ReplyDeleteHoping there will be improvement for Tom. Meanwhile, the felines are a distraction and comfort.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
ReplyDeleteI just checked - a "cathouse" is another name for a brothel. Thanks for your update on Tom.
ReplyDeleteYP..Just because Briony spends her Saturday afternoons in the bath with the Brighton Albion players
Deletedoes not mean that she gets paid for it,xx
They beat Tottenham this past weekend. Excellent dribbling by Briony.
DeleteThanks for the update. Love and prayers for you both x
ReplyDeleteEvery other health issue becomes more complicated when the lungs are compromised, doesn't it? And visiting is definitely stressful. One wouldn't think it so, but it IS. Thanks for letting us know how you're all (including pets) getting on, and I hope the operation will go ahead soon.
ReplyDeleteWhat an ordeal to go through...only to have to wait and wait. We are the butler and maid to two masters.
ReplyDeleteIf you need a laugh, and have never watched them, Look up Simon's Cat on youtube...some are funnier than others. But the very first one I seen, CAT MAN DO hooked me for life. It is so our Bubbie.
Hugs and prayers for both of you
